This policy explains what information Pyro Labs Private Limited ("we", "us") collects when you use AdMiro, including our website, dashboard, hosted MCP server, integrations, and support, and what we do with it.

By using AdMiro, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: your name, email address, sign-in profile, team membership, billing status, and workspace settings.

Ad platform information: when you connect Google Ads or Meta Ads, we receive account IDs, campaign details, performance data, and the access tokens, refresh tokens, and permissions needed to reach those accounts for you.

Usage information: a record of each request your AI tool makes through AdMiro, such as which tool ran, when, and whether it succeeded. We use it to count requests against your plan and to give your workspace a history of changes.

Technical information: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, logs, and diagnostics that help us keep AdMiro secure and working.

We use your information to run your account, connect your ad platforms, answer requests from your AI tools, process payments, provide support, send service messages, prevent abuse, and make AdMiro more reliable.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand how AdMiro is used and to plan improvements. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your ad data to sell advertising.

When you connect an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or Grok, AdMiro sends that tool the ad data it asks for so it can answer you. Once the data reaches your AI tool, the tool's provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your ad platform access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are never sent to your AI tool.

AdMiro's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data only to provide the features you use in AdMiro, and we don't use it for advertising or sell it.

Your use of Google Ads and Meta Ads is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect either platform from your AdMiro dashboard or revoke access from your Google or Meta account settings at any time.

We share information with service providers that help us run AdMiro, including Convex (database), Hexclave (sign-in), Dodo Payments (billing), PostHog (product analytics), and Cloudflare (hosting). They may use it only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets involving Pyro Labs Private Limited.

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide AdMiro, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and keep the service secure.

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing pyromedialabs@gmail.com. We may keep some information when we're required to for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or change.

No online service is perfectly secure. Please keep your sign-in details, API keys, and connected account permissions safe.

AdMiro isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll take care of it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and may also let you know in the product or by email.
